The plots will be available in different locations on Yamuna Expressway, such locations are Sector 17, Yamuna Expressway, Sector 18, Yamuna Expressway, Sector 20, Yamuna Expressway, and Sector 22 D, Yamuna Expressway. How To Apply For Yamuna Expressway OTS Scheme?

You can apply for the Yamuna Expressway OTS scheme by following the below instructions. 

Step 1 – First, open a web browser on your device, and visit the Yamuna Expressway official website. 

Step 2 – On the homepage, click on the Citizen Services section. 

Step 3 – Here, you will get the Citizen Portal/OTS System option, which you have to click on it. 

Step 4 – Now, if you are an old user, then you can simply login into the YEIDA website by entering your allotment number, password, and captcha code. 

Step 5 – However, if you are a new user, you have to register on the YEIDA website. 

Step 6 – To register on the YEIDA website, click on the KYA for YEIDA Allottee button. 

Step 7 – Now, enter the Allottee details, such details are the allottee’s name, property number, block, father name, property type, scheme name, sector, allotment date, allotment number, and plot/flat size.

Step 8 – Next, enter your personal details, which are your email address, date of birth, permanent address, and correspondence address. 

Step 9 – Upload your identity proof/document. 

Step 10 – You can upload any of the one document between Aadhar card, Driving license, Pan card, Passport, and Voter ID card.

Step 11 – Agree to the declaration form and click on the submit button.

Step 12 – Click on Apply for OTS and pay the due amount. 

Step 13 – You can use any online payment option to pay the due amount for OTS. 

Step 14 – After you complete the payment, you will apply for the Yamuna Expressway OTS scheme.
